We had Palladium install some concrete block steps to replace old railroad tie steps. It was a big job especially removing the old ties. The new steps look great. The guys were very professional and responsive. They made sure we got exactly what I wanted. I will be home hiring them again for future jobs.

They came to my home for spring clean up. Did exactly what I asked for and then some. Would definitely recommend.

Palladium Patios and Landscaping is the only company I would recommend for patio and outdoor spaces. They have a very talented team that worked with us to bring the patio of our dreams to life. We purchased a home that needed a ton of work and the patio was in terrible shape. We anticipated repairing it years from now, but when we realized that the grading of the old patio was causing damage to our basement, we decided to take care of it sooner than planned. Tim, Daniel, and David came to assess our needs and share options. They offered creative ideas, including design and materials, and made a plan. Within a few weeks they began the job and completely exceeded our expectations. Daily, their crew arrived enthusiastic and smiling. I have never had the pleasure of hiring such a kind and talented group of people. They removed our old lannon stone patio, regraded the entire space, and installed beautiful pavers. We will enjoy this patio for years to come! They are the BEST!

We had a mess of dead trees and overgrown weeds in our backyard. It was impossible to maintain & we had no desire to spend our time outdoors pulling weeds. We could have never removed all of this ourselves. They did a great job and charged us half, yes HALF the amount other companies were quoting us. Highly recommended!

I recently had a friend drive too close to my retaining wall knocking about six extremely large boulders down. There was absolutely no way I could pick them up and put them back in place. There were storms in the forecast and I was very concerned the whole wall would collapse. I called Palladium Patios and they were there in less than 48 hours and did an amazing job! Not only did they put the boulders back, they also dug back into the bank to ensure that it would not fall again. We met with about 6-7 contractors for our patio project ranging from pavers to concrete. Palladium stood out among them all. Tim and David were very personable and David was very responsive to all of our questions, concerns and design ideas. He drove to our location multiple times to show us samples of pavers and design options. He even followed up after the project was completed. They were professional and timely and showed up when they said they would. Dan and his team did a great job with project execution. He had excellent advice on design alterations and always kept us in the loop. They are all very hard workers and they truly take pride in their work. The final product was beautiful and we couldn't be more happy with our choice to go with Palladium.

We couldn't be happier with our new outdoor living space by Palladium Patios and Landscaping. From the planning stage to the execution phase, The Team at Palladium Patios provided outstanding support. As you can imagine all landscaping and patio companies are booked solid- Palladium not only had capacity they ensured our project was on time! Our project manager, Daniel was superb. He was always on top of the schedule and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with each stage of the project. Daniel was always responsive and made sure any issue was rectified quickly. Further, when asked for changes he communicated with ideas or solutions to ensure our space was beautiful. Finally, every member of the staff was pleasant to have around our home for the duration of the project. We are very pleased with our pavers, gas fire pit and rock landscaping and I highly recommend Palladium Patios.

Palladium is family owned and operated. They always do great, consistent work. Always very happy seeing the Brown brothers. They recently trimmed my natural arborvitae wall.

Palladium and their crew installed a fence, drainage system (dry well with a relief pipe), Boxwoods, and general garden cleanup. The first thing they did was install the dry well. The same day the dry well was started and installed well manager of the crew, Daniel, made sure that the well was all set for what turned out to be a few weeks of rain. The fence has a great aesthetic. The crew took their time, while working efficiently, to make sure that the fence looks attractive on our property. One of the last things of the fence project was hanging the gates. Sam recognized that they could use hardware that better fit the look and feel of the fence. He went to the hardware store to get different hardware. Sam was thinking ahead about the final presentation for the customer to ensure a gorgeous final result. The entire crew was patient with our happy dog, Jayde, who wanted to check their work. Our dog is young and hyper and she still jumps on people who come over. The crew was patient when the dog excitedly greeted them each day to supervise that the fence would be human and doggie approved. After the fence was complete, I called Daniel to troubleshoot how to make the gate latches a little bit more secure to prevent the dog from accidentally getting out. He agreed to come back to put springs on the latches. The crew got the project in between all the rain. If it was dry enough, they were working. The entire project took about 5 work days to complete.

Substantial expansion of my patio, matching existing pattern and pavers and replacing and burying drain pipe under the patio. Good workmanship. Good cleanup.

Daniel, David, Enrique, and Sam (Louis!) were a tremendous crew that worked very hard and very quickly to move my belongings, which amounted to nearly 2,000 square feet of space. They were recommended by my real estate agent, and I could not have been more pleased with this team! In addition to their amazing work ethic, they were careful, pleasant, and funny and professional. I highly recommend this amazing team!

We had a relatively small job compared to a lot of what Palladium does but they proved that no job is too small for them. We had two retaining walls put in front of our house and it made a world of difference on the front facing presentation of our house. They did a great job and made it clear that they cared about the quality of their work. A definite recommend! Thank you so much!

Responsive and caring management team who genuinely will listen to your concerns. Great labor team who work together and bring good energy to the work days. Great operations manager who regularly comes in clutch with snacks,drinks, and great prior planning all at a young age. Almost always communicating what comes next, and listens to our concerns for new tools or better ways to do stuff. They also have great standards, especially when it comes to building patios and hardscaping(In terms of code and picking the highest quality and long lasting results) Competitive pricing. All done while being a smaller company.

Over-grown bushes and weeds. Now I have a beautiful view once again, with the most gorgeous patio and fire pit. Exactly what I’ve wanted for 20 years. The first time I met Tim Brown and his brother, I knew that they were the most professional guys in the business. Their work is impeccable, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They were so into pleasing the client and did everything and anything to please me. Went above and beyond. I’ve never had a company as wonderful as they are. Other companies out there could take a lesson from Palladium Landscaping and Patios. Simply THE BEST!!!

We hired Palladium Patios and Landscaping to fix a few areas in our current patio that were sinking. They were on time and professional in every aspect of the job keeping us up to date on everything. After the job was done, we noticed some water pooling in a small area, and they came right out to fix it without hesitation. Great company and will work with them again in future!
